REFUND POLICY FOR HIRE TREES

Change of mind

If for whatever reason you cancel your booking MORE than 3 months prior to your booked date, you will receive a full refund of the booking fee. 

If for whatever reason you cancel your booking less than 3 months prior to your booked date, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. . 

If for whatever reason you cancel your booking less than 7 weeks prior to your booked date, you will not be entitled to a refund of the booking fee. . 

Damage Deposit

We ask for a $300 deposit in the case that our trees are damaged whilst in your care. Once we have collected the tree and inspected it, you will be refunded your deposit within 7 days.

REFUND POLICY FOR PURCHASES

Change of mind

Reclaimed Tree Creations do not offer a refund or exchange should you change your mind or not like the product you have received. 

In the rare event that any bugs/eggs have survived our intense sterilisation process, we do not offer a refund or exchange. Wood worms are attracted to moist, humid climates and would not survive inside our homes. 

Shipping damage or loss

We carefully pack all our products prior to shipping using high quality packing materials. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged or lost in transit please refer to the following.

You will be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund which will be determined by us.

We ask that you keep all packaging in case you need to make a return - we cannot accept a return without the original packaging.

To start this process please email us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include a description and a photo of the damage to the product as well as a photo of the packaging. 

Once we receive your email, we will contact you to work out the best way forward to resolve the issue.
